The second ex-adviser BBC adviser questioned by the panel, Caroline Daniel, says she regards the British Broadcasting Corporation with great importance and that it has a "continuous process and vigorous discourse" across evolving and intricate topics.
"Did the BBC willing to engage in a thorough discussion and argument and take action?" she questions. "In my view, indeed, they were."
